Shannon Fields is a commercial litigator with experience in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels as well as arbitration proceedings and mediations before JAMS and the AAA. She has assisted clients in New York and nationwide in disputes involving entertainment contracts, patent rights, licensing and royalty agreements, intellectual property infringement, employment contracts, and a broad range of other issues centering largely on commercial contract law. Shannon has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, including identifying claims and defenses, preparing dispositive and other motions, taking and defending depositions, preparation of witness exams, trial preparation, and drafting appellate briefs and arguments.
