Mr. Makino joined Johnson Gallagher LLC in 2017.

Stephen Makino practices commercial litigation in both state and federal court, representing clients in a number of fields, including financial, education, and hospitality. Stephen’s practice primarily focuses on breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and related commercial disputes. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Southern California Law School. During law school, he worked as a legal researcher at the USC Law Library and at Glaser Weil LLP in Los Angeles.
